Asked before booking
Can you move a grand piano?
Yes. Browns Transport moves upright and grand pianos every week - stairs included - with purpose-built dollies, skids and ramps. Each piano rides padded, boarded and strapped for the full route.
Do you move antiques and artwork?
Yes - white-glove service covers antiques, art and heirlooms: full pad wrap, edge protection and crews who handle irreplaceable pieces every week.
Why does piano moving need specialists?
Weight, balance and finish. A piano is hundreds of pounds of awkward weight around a delicate case, so it takes purpose-built equipment and a practiced crew to move one without damage to the instrument or the home.
